April 29, 2006 

     

  1. Created a new page to showcase selections from my ebay listings and added a link to my ebay store on several pages

  2. Created slideshows for my pictures, artwork, computer creations, and other people's artwork pages to take the place of the slowloading and mishapen "selected pictures" that I previously posted

  3. Created & added to most pages a new header to replace the boring plain text version of a Little Salty & replaced "wandering web" on the home page with a graphical version

  4. Added a counter to a few pages

  5. Added a google search box to a few pages, its supposed to show relevant websites and searches but the code they provided just makes a google search box - good news is that its functional.

  6. Began adding the sitemap/home navigation box to the poems and lyrics pages

  7. Began working on a navigation menu encompassing all the major sections - would like it to be a menu but that may be beyond my current skill set so while I learn to do that, I am planning on adding a table based navigation menu.

 

April 15, 2006 

     

  1. Added two new poems
  2. Fixed a few picture links
  3. Added my Frappr profile to the all about alittlesalty page.
  4. Added some Firefox and Thunderbird logos around the site. Particularily fond of the Firfox eating Internet Explorer one that someone on Frappr.com made.

 

April 3, 2006 

     

  1. Figured out I am a dumbass and the reason the site has not been reflecting all of my duly logged updates and additions was because I left old files on the remote server, most importantly my old sitemap page which linked to each of the old files and worse I spent some hour using a template to add sitemap buttons & banners to each page (almost) and it used a link to the old sitemap! O vey, this is going to take forever to fix!
  2. Added some promo banners for Myspace.com
  3. Threw some alittlesalty logos around the site

March 27, 2006

 

  1. Joined some affiliate programs and added links to them sporadically throughout the site. See # 5 & # 6 below.
  2. Added graphics to some poems.
  3. Changed template for titles & home/sitemap bar & attempted to replace them throughout the site, which I know can be done much easier with CSS but alas I can’t figure out how the hell the use them even though I can now sort of write them.
  4. Added a link to

    on several pages - not an affiliate but its a pretty awesome quiz

*      Deleted some rants from the homepage & edited it to make it more user friendly.

*      Added more links to the Link List.

March 20, 2006

*      Created a page dedicated to music -- "Musically Inclined."

*      Created a page showing-casing "Other People's Artwork."

*      Added links & descriptions to the "Link List" page.

*    Added several profile links to the "All About a Little Salty." page

*      Added images to "Other People's Artwork" page and to "Artistic Endeavors" page.

*  Began learning Macromedia Fireworks & Flash so I can spiffy up the site -- in the meantime, adding graphics & clip-art as a make-do until my editing skills are up to snuff.
